Teaching a child to kick and punch people from the age of 3 is in my mind is a form of child abuse. Recently I was told of young children as young as 5 competing in Kick Boxing wearing head guards, mits etc What sort of people want to encourage youngsters to hurt each other and the idea of kicking and punching is about hurting your opponent, The most experience body in the UK when it comes to striking is the Amateur Boxing Association do not allow competition till the age of 11.
